THE HIGHLANDS
Our coffee is produced in the Peruvian highlands at above 1.200m altitude, where temperatures are lower and coffee trees grow slower. This allows the coffee beans to develop more complex flavors as they grow gradually.
SUPPORTING LOCAL COOPERATIVES
Our coffee is bought directly from local cooperatives that work with small farms, usually no larger than 3 hectares, and native communities. In doing so we support the fair trade by providing access to an international market.
